Advance Tickets- Starting the first week of February, guests can order Admission Tickets in advance of any performance. Box Office fills ticket orders and assigns seat numbers on a first-come-first-served basis. Guests provide a written description of seating preferences during the order process. Follow directions where prompted. Advance ticket totals are published on the Seating Charts tab at the top of this screen. Box Office considers every Guest's seating preference before assigning seats. After Admission Tickets are purchased, they are printed under the ticket buyer’s name. All pre-sold tickets held at Will Call.
Payments- Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted at any time. To make Advance Ticket sales by cash or check, please complete a Ticket Order Form. (See below.) To make Advance Ticket sales online, follow prompts at nwcs.org. Credit card payments are secured online by a third party. Credit Card receipts are sent by email. Advance Ticket Sales sales close down prior to the start of each show. To make a sales At The Door, bring cash check, or major credit card to the Box Office during operating hours. Cash, checks, or credit are accepted at the door. There are no refunds; exchanges gladly if documentation is brought to the Box Office.
Ticket Order Forms- To make sales by cash or check at any time please complete a Ticket Order Form. (See nwcs.org or the Upper Campus Office for details.) Ticket Order forms are dropped off at the Upper Campus Office or at the Box Office during operating hours. Retain a record of your check number as proof of payment. Follow all required prompts. Advance Ticket Sales sales close down prior to the start of each show. There are no refunds; exchanges gladly if documentation is brought to the Box Office.
Group Sales- If a large groups sits together, it is helpful to designate one ticket buyer for the entire group. The designated ticket buyer then picks up the entire group’s admission tickets at Will Call and collects reimbursement from the group’s members. However, all sales are final; sorry no refunds. Exchanges may be an option, but MUST be handled in person; contact the Production Assistant at the theater. Also, in the event someone from the group cannot attend any other performance, the designated ticket buyer has two options: collect directly from a different buyer, and Box Office will honor the transfer. Or donate the purchase price to NWCS and Box Office will issue a donation receipt.
Exchange Policy- Bring a valid proof of payment to help track/verify an exchange (receipt, check number, date purchased, etc). For accuracy of exchange, the ticket buyer must speak directly to the Box Office staff during hours of operation. Please send a trusted representative if the original buyer cannot attend the transaction. Emails and texts are NOT checked for exchanges.
Add-On Sales- As an advance ticket holder, you can add on another sale. Please provide a request in writing for your add-on. The Ticket Order Form (with new payment) will suffice. The online purchase method works, too. Include brief instructions, and Box Office takes steps to accommodate your request. Describe a best case scenario within the request: “I’d like my new group to stay together so it’s okay to move us back a bit.” Or “Please keep me in my original reserved seat and assign my new guest close.”
Door Sales- Welcome! Seats are sold at regular price from the best remaining. Upon sale, seats are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Cash, Check, or Credit Card(s) are accepted. Box Office opens one hour prior to the performance. The school website (nwcs.org) publishes the number of seats available to be sold at the door.
Sell Outs- In the unlikely event that a performance pre-sells all 240 available seats, a waiting list procedure takes over. Guests can leave a contact number; buyers/sellers will then be brokered through the Box Office phone (509-238-4005 x110). The school website (nwcs.org) regularly displays the number of seats available to be sold. Last year, pre-sales accounted for approximately 30% - 75% of total guest attendance. Two shows sold-out at the door, but even these eventual sell-outs had enough tickets to admit every guest. While traditionally there are more popular show times, guests are encouraged to proceed with confidence.
Late Arrivals- Guests who arrive as the theater doors are closing will be asked to check with volunteers. Expect friendly greetings, helpful information, and patient assistance. However, once the show starts, late arrivals need to see the Production Assistant. Unclaimed Will Call tickets at curtain time may be relocated from their original reserved seat(s).
